Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Way2Ball — including event registrations, digital services, merchandise, and subscriptions — are considered final and non-refundable.

By completing a purchase on www.way2ball.com or any affiliated platforms, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

2. Management Discretion Clause

In limited and exceptional circumstances, a refund may be granted at the sole discretion of Way2Ball management. These situations may include:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Medical emergencies (with documentation)

  • Event cancellations initiated by Way2Ball

  • Extreme extenuating circumstances

To request consideration, please email info@way2ball.com within 7 days of your transaction with the subject line: Refund Request – [Your Name] and include all relevant details.

3. Non-Refundable Items Include (but are not limited to):

  • Combine and camp registration fees

  • Profile access or upgrades

  • Athlete subscription plans

  • Digital tools, portals, or downloadable content

  • Merchandise and apparel (unless defective)

4. Transfers and Credits

In some cases, transfers to a future event or store credit may be offered instead of a refund. This is not guaranteed and will be determined case-by-case by management.

5. Chargebacks

Disputing a charge without first contacting us violates our Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to:

  • Ban users from future services

  • Pursue collection for reversed payments that were authorized and delivered
